Description: This course provides students with a basic knowledge of the relationship between matter and energy through the study of laws of motion, heat, electricity, sound, light, and chemistry. Laboratory work is required in this course. Class content will cover the targeted chemistry and physics standards that make up the Physical Science portion of the S.C. Science Curriculum. Physical Science is a prerequisite for all other science courses. End of course test is required.

Description: This course is designed for the average or above-average student who plans to attend a four-year college. Laboratory work is required in this course. Course content includes the targeted life science standards of the S.C.
